We recently took my husbands car in to be looked at. The Johns team tried a few different things and they did not remedy the problem. It was determined that my husbands car had transmission damage and we would need a new car. They did not charge us for the parts they ordered that did not work, nor did they charge us for the labor. Only the inspection fee was charged. Their act of kindness meant so much to us and helped us be able to get a better new car. They have always had great customer service and my whole family trusts them with their cars as well.
