10/10 every time. As a woman it is intimidating to go into a shop. Not here. Al’s communication is off the chart. He emailed me what exactly was wrong with my car, then called a little later to see if I had questions and set up next steps for my repair. He answered any and all of my questions and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking them. Would highly recommend.

I have been using John's for some time. They provide exceptional service for my Subaru and I never feel as if they are trying to sell me services that I don't need. They are very up front and honest and always contact me with their assessment of the condition of my Subie.
