Regretfully I can't give more stars. First the good: They got the car in quite soon ( it was nearly undrivable ) and repaired it promptly and it appears they fully fixed the problem. ( Not cheap ! ) The not so good. A couple of parts were replaced I'm quite confident didn't need to be. Initially a refund was promised ( small amount ). However the charge to my credit card never changed. Upon questioning it was suddenly a credit to my "account" to be applied to an oil change or . . . or claims that a check could be issued. I finally decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and dropped the claim. ( I was met with a "wall of talk" and spin to explain my issue away. Over the `whole episode I heard some statements that were simply preposterous ! ). I'd cautiously use them again but if the need wasn't urgent I'd shop around some first -- and do more research re the problem.
Thank you for the review. I appreciate hearing your concerns. However we never have and never will replace parts that aren't needed. I called and explained everything we were going to do and you authorized the repair. I offered you a refund for the 2 spark plugs that you felt didn't need replaced. When you came back in I gave you the old spark plugs and explained why they were replaced. You then agreed to drop your claim. We will never cut corners to drop the price.
