I absolutely love the people and service at John's Automotive Service. They are friendly, thorough, fair, and honest. They work around my schedule and always help to make sure I'm getting the best deal. They have an outstanding rewards program. I would highly recommend John's to anyone needing anything from minor to major repairs and service.

I've been going to John's Automotive Service for about 5 years and have always been treated with respect. Bob, Al and the team do what repairs are required and do not try to up-sell you on things that are not needed. I do a lot of my own repair work, but I take it to John's when I need added expertise, special tools or just don't want to do it.

As always, John's Auto provided the quality service I have come to expect from them. They finish on time and in budget. I love the use of their loaner car as well. No upselling of additional services, but they will keep an eye on possible needs in the future.

I can only give John's Automotive five stars for their service. They're knowledgeable, they are patient in explaining what and why I need work on my vehicle. They don't look at me or talk to me like I'm just a female, and not worth their time. They are people friendly, which is also important to me. Last fall they even went above and beyond 'the call of duty'. After they had finished working on my truck, I rode my recumbent trike to their shop to pickup the truck. I had just bought the transport rack and was still learning how to load the trike. They volunteered to help me get the trike loaded. As a matter of fact, one of the mechanics even helped adjust the rack to fit the trike better. Some places would just say ... To bad: it's your problem. Not the personnel at John's ... They wanted to make sure both I and my trike were safe. My father has been gone for years and my brothers and son do not live close. It is really nice to feel secure in the fact that I have mechanics who will give me good advice without taking advantage of me and at the same time, give me qualîty work that they stand behind. As usual, the service is excellent, the prices are very good, and the information provided is always right on target. I have never had anyone there try to sell me anything I didn''t need. I have been a customer for a number of years. For as long as I am able to drive, I will always depend on John's Auto Service.

I do enjoy the rewards of being a car club member at John's Automotive! I actually left John"s Auto and I didn't have to get my card out to pay the bill. It was all covered by my Car Club membership. It pays to be loyal customer at John"s Automotive. I have received excellent care car!
