I can only give John's Automotive five stars for their service. They're knowledgeable, they are patient in explaining what and why I need work on my vehicle. They don't look at me or talk to me like I'm just a female, and not worth their time. They are people friendly, which is also important to me. Last fall they even went above and beyond 'the call of duty'. After they had finished working on my truck, I rode my recumbent trike to their shop to pickup the truck. I had just bought the transport rack and was still learning how to load the trike. They volunteered to help me get the trike loaded. As a matter of fact, one of the mechanics even helped adjust the rack to fit the trike better. Some places would just say ... To bad: it's your problem. Not the personnel at John's ... They wanted to make sure both I and my trike were safe. My father has been gone for years and my brothers and son do not live close. It is really nice to feel secure in the fact that I have mechanics who will give me good advice without taking advantage of me and at the same time, give me qualîty work that they stand behind. Thanks to all personnel at John's Automotive. Diane King
