I received outstanding customer service from John’s. They called me with updates and kept me informed through the whole process. The only concern I had was it seemed a little expensive. I was getting my car’s A/C replaced , and my dad recently had his replaced somewhere else for ~$500 cheaper. Admittedly, there is a chance my repair took more parts than my dad’s, but the cost surprised me a bit.
